Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, a minimum deposit of £10 is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations More Than 48 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, the full deposit amount will be credited to your account for use towards a future treatment.
  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, which will be retained as a ‘late cancellation’ fee.
  • Courses and Packages: For clients who have purchased a course or package of treatments, a session will be deducted from the total if you cancel any individual session with less than 48 hours’ notice. This session will be counted as part of our cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

At The Nail & Beauty Co., we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and ensuring your satisfaction. Given the bespoke nature of our treatments and the dedicated time allocated to each appointment, we do not offer refunds for services rendered.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to address your concerns and rectify the issue to your satisfaction.
  • Course and Package Bookings: All course and package bookings are non-refundable. However, we can offer a credit note for future use should you choose to cancel any part of your course.
